Most Daihatsu cars are 6 years normal driving, less if you thrash it!!

Sirion Auto box oil change

Don't know if you mean manual or auto box, but I run an auto for driving school use. The handbook is useless on this point and the dealers info is diffrent. I have taken to changing the oil every 10,000 miles now. If it gets dirty the oil pickup blockes and the pump whistles. Not long after that you can lose drive as the pump cant keep the pressure up.
Much cheaper to buy a large can of Dextron 3 and change it - a simple job.
