Looking for Hens Teeth
'91 Fourtrak TDX.
Hi.
Its like looking for hens teeth, no aftermarket supplier seems to make them. You may find some old/new stock at a dealer or on Ebay if your lucky. The standard practice is to patch or fabricate your own from sheet steel, or get a body shop to make and fit at vast exspense. The usual place to rot out first is near the seat belt mountings, an MOT failure point. Though someone did a post a few months ago re a fabricator in East Anglia ????? who could make them to order ( do a search under 'Fourtrak Sills) site search box on the left of page.

I've got a pair of F70 / F80
I've got a pair of F70 / F80 outer sills I never used. I don't need them now as car scraped. If your TDX id an F73 (SWB) they should be the same. If yours is an F78 (LWB), with the plastic rear roof they may be cut up to patch the effected areas. Not a prity fix, but maybe pritier than starting from a flat sheet?

if you look at parts dealers at the top of the page and look for milners go on there and look under f78lwb body panels they actually list replacement sills

Hi all.
re above post, yes Milners now do list outer sills for a F78.
Query, any one know if they would fit a F75, a leaf sprung model. Could any one compare the sills between the two models. As there are many who seek replacement outer sills for all variants.
