Hi all

Just a quick one my track is making a very worrying crunching noise when putting into first gear and reverse from neutral. It goes into gear but i have to give it a fairly hefty shove to get it in, it seems ti have been getting worse.

I've read a lot of the posts on here and it seems to be third gear thats usually the problem and not first? any ideas anyone?
