Thames Valley 4x4 Club

Forum:

The Thames Valley 4x4 Club is a non-competitive all-makes club, and hold monthly pay-and-play family drive days, as well as 2 or 3 'special' extra days throughout the year. As the name suggests, most of our events are held in the Thames Valley area, around Reading and High Wycombe, as far north as Banbury and south to Alton in Hampshire.

Our website, www.tv4x4.co.uk, is regularly updated with details of events and shows we are attending. The club can also be contacted on our hotline: 0118 9580785. Pay and play days are £20 for non-members, £15 for members. If you join (£20 annual membership) you get your first days driving for just £5!

Our main events for the rest of 2006 are as follows (maps and directions at www.tv4x4.co.uk):
April 02rd - Brick Kiln Farm (Alton, Hampshire)
May 07th - Avon Dassett (Nr. Banbury)

Off-roading at Avon Dassett (7 May 06)

Hi all,

Just a quick update about the May event at Avon Dassett (nr. Banbury) this sunday, 7th May. The site is open from Saturday afternoon with free camping available for all those who want to stay the night on Saturday. If you don't fancy the camping, then there is also a B&B nearby, or a Premier Travel Inn about 10-15mins away - ring the Thames Valley 4x4 club hotline on 0118 9580785 for more info.

Its a great site - huge quary with bits for everyone. The Club will have its trailer there from saturday afternoon which has a toilet on-board and a hand basin for those who wish to camp.

All the best,
Nat
