I'm assuming you're talking about a Fourtrak Injection pump. Also i'm assuming you're refurring to an oil drain plug, as fitted to the older 'Inline' type Injection pumps on commercial vechicle engines. Now, if my assumptions are correct then the answer is no, the older Inline type injection pumps had an oil filled sump to lubricate the internal working, but the Rotary (or distributor) type injection pump as on most smaller engines relies on the lubricating properties of the diesel flowing through the pump to keep it all running as it should.
