My newly acquired Sirion Rally 2 has 185X55X15 tyres which are not listed in the handbook. Anyone know the correct tyre pressures? Seems they are inflated to about 2.2 bar at present.

Normally there is a plate
Normally there is a plate inside the drivers door which gives you the correct tyre preassures. Unless you have non standard tyres etc..

Thankyou for swift reply
Thankyou for swift reply jpor. I have found the plate you advised and the pressures are there.
Sadly when Daihatsu UK teamed up with Auto Image, Bedfordshire, to create the Rally 2 version of Sirion they upgraded the wheels to 15" but... (on mine anyway) forgot to alter the doorplate. Therefore all the pressures on there are for 14" wheels! This appears to be the case in the handbook too. Are there any Rally 2 owners who may be able to help?? Thanks.
Sounds like you have the
Sounds like you have the same size tyres as the Daihatsu YRV 4Trak. Have a look at this site for pressures:

I think you have answered my question jpor. Thank you for that. I tested the pressures on the tyres (only had the car 2 days) and they were indeed set at around 2.2 bar which is in line with your suggestions and the Dunlop site you suggested. As far as I know the 'Rally' series were all fitted 15" wheels. Thanks for taking the trouble to look that up for me.

Tyre pressures
Tyre pressures are based on load rather than size or width of tyre, so if 2.2 bar is the pressure for the Sirion Rallye, its the same on 14"; 15" or even 16" wheels and tyres!
Cheers yrv130. Just in case
Cheers yrv130. Just in case anyone else is interested. I went onto Kwickfit website and typed in my Reg. No., they identified the tyres as 175/55/15. Pressures recommended are:- 2.2bar Front and 2.0bar Rear. ( for some strange reason I was unable to find the site earlier.) Thankyou to all who replied to my question.
I thought you had 185 tyres?
I thought you had 185 tyres? Oh well the same tyres as the YRV turbo then.. I have mine setup as 32PSI front 30 PSI rear.

Yes, I do indeed have 185
Yes, I do indeed have 185 tyres but the site identified them (from my reg no) as 175 It appears my car has oversize tyres fitted which (I believe) is not unusual thing to do. 185 x 55 x 15 instead of 175 x 55 x 15.Slightly wider and I take it pressures will be same.
