91 Mira, removing the lower belt

Forum:

I have been having a squealing like a stuffed pig Alternator belt and various electrical issues to go along with it, presumably from the belt slipping.

I removed the Alternator belt from the pulleys, which was easy, but I can't take it off completely, because there is a second belt next to the Alternator belt that also has to be removed.

I can't find what I need to remove or turn, to take this second belt off. Without cheating and cutting off.

I have a 91 Mira 660CC ED-10 engine if that helps anyone. This is my first belt removal Scratch one-s head
