Problem with 2.8tdi dl engine

Can anybody tell me what is wrong with this engine?
Running great but water coming out of the exhaust and from the top and bottom of the rad` hoses

Right now you got to spend a bit of cash on a new head gasket, the water system is under pressure so its blowing out the rad hoses and its getting past the gasket in the engine and getting into the exhaust system - stop using now!!!!! or you will have a hydraulicly locked engine and the consequences could suddenly get worse with knackered valves.

Full of ideas but no time to do them!!
