i recently changed the cylinder head , and fixed my viscose fan.
now the engine seems to be running backwards ,
when its cold it ticks over at 800 revs , nearly stalling.
BUT when its hot its running at 2000 REVS.
What have i done, wrong vacuum pipes ????.

One BIG fat tip before dismantling anything, especially with this dane age, take pictures and drawings of anything and everything you touch, phone cameras are fantastic!!
