Hi to all the Sporty owners...
Just found somewhere you can download a Service Manual. Go to http://ligante.org/pessoal/feroza/index.html - the site is in a foreign language, but right at the bottom of the page it says:

Click on the link and it'll start downloading as an Acrobat document... about 26 Mb!! (but it is 440 pages!)
I've just downloaded it, seems quite good from what ive flicked through. Any dont worry, it is in english, despite the foreign website!

Sportrak manual
I have a Sportrak manual on cd rom from www.daihatsu-4x4.com. the cost
was about £15.00 and well worth it.I did try to download the manual you mentioned but could'nt

Yeah, the one i downloaded is only engine, but pretty comprehensive. I think some people have trouble downloading it if they have slower connections. I've got high speed here at Uni so it only took 2 mins 13 secs to download!!
Id like to get the full manual... but the link above doesnt work????!!

I've tried the link I gave and your right it doesn't work.I got my workshop manual on cd in april 2001 and the contact web address is
http://www.daihatsu-4x4.com. may be this is now a dead thread. But the bloke who made the copy is still out there some where.I have downloaded this manual and its better than mine but only for the engine.

I been offered daihatsu-4x4.com
The other month I was offered daihatsu-4x4.com and the person said they would sell it for $150. I have the workshop and service manuals on CD though which I am thinking of selling on here.

Thats the Workshop Manual
The workshop manual that just concentrates on the engine is 440 pages long. The service manual is 1000+ pages and is 90 Megs in size on my CD. But the workshop one is probably handy enough for most people.

Could one of you kind people with the full version on CD kindly burn me a copy?!! I obviously dont mind paying for the CD and the time and effort, etc. Otherwise i think i'll be searching for years!!
