Charade blown fuse?

Forum:

Hi, hope someone can help.
My partners charade has has starting problems recently. I reckon it's the battery is on it's way out. As soon as you put jump leads across it it starts first time.
Anyway, here's my problem. I was out trying to jump start her car. It was dark and freezing. I attached the leads the wrong way round and got some nice fireworks from the battery terminal.
After correcting the leads the car would turn over but just wouldn't start. It was as if there was an immobiliser on or something.
On further inspection I noticed the window wipers and central locking didn't work either.
I'm guessing I've blown a fuse.
Any help as to which fuse I need to change? We can't find the owners manual.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Pete.

battery and fuse(s)

you will likely need a new battery and check the fuse box to see which fuses have gone (replace as necessary).
