Hi iam Henri from the netherland and iam newe here i have a yrv turbo and i would 16 inch on my yrv i buy 16 inch the com 3 jan under my car i have tyres from dunlop 195-40-16 but the question is the rims 6.5 j - et 40 what are you think is that good ok thank you and good new jear i post in the new jear pictures from my car

Tyre sizes will mean speedo will be out. May require spacers.

As with all changes of wheel and tyre sizes for the YRV turbo you may get rubbing on the rears. One of the issues I faced when I changed alloy wheels and tyres. Alloys sound right that you want but the tyre sizes are wrong for the size. Ideally the tyres for 16" need to be 195/45/R16. I am on 17" rims and using 195/40/r17's and I have lost my +5% on the speedo, so when travelling 30Mph for example I am now travelling at 30mph. In the real world all cars have tyre sizes with a +5% to give them breathing space for tyre wear etc.. Also be careful with the rears as you may need 3 or 5mm spacers to clear the rear beam and not too much that the tyres rub the rear arches. Good luck.
