Recommended engine oil

Planing oil and filter change on Terios el 1.3 KV . Owners manual has the oil chart but doesn't really say which ones best. Is 10/40 semi good enough? 79000 on the clock, kind off miss fire for 30 seconds when cold.. Thanks

10/40 semi is what halfords has in there manual for a 2001, just about to do my oil filters and plugs , ebay has a good wee kit x4 denso plugs and oil filter ,air filter next day delivery £19.95

double check the oil ,there is a few sites you can type in your model and it will give you the correct type, google it
