Crankshaft Pulley has split from its rubber bonding!
which I'm assuming is there for vibration dampening! I need a new one pretty much. I have re-welded a steel ring in place of the rubber and the part is now fixed and back on the car. however it is distorted through heat and obviously won't run the same anyway and I'm sure it will be putting tension on the engine in other places, so for the time being its running but in the long run i will need another and cannot source one from anywhere and cannot find any that are breaking anywhere either.
Any help would be massively appreciated as a lot of work has gone in to the car and would be ashame to get rid if it ever caused an engine failure. Thanks a lot, Cameron
