Hi all I have the following minor 
but annoying problems with my sirion 1.3 sl y reg and any advice and help would be appreciated:-
1) Cloudy headlamps (top part yellowed), have heard you can polish up with toothpaste, has
anyone tried this and if so what sort Or any other ideas ???
2) Indicator stalk sticking when indicating left and moving downwards, any ideas
3) Interior scratches easily, bought second hand and already inherited a few scratches on
plastic interior, any ideas to help with these

Cloudy Headlight
I can help with the clouding of the headlight.
Back when you can play conkers and all was right with the UK they used glass headlights, But now to make things a bit safer they are made of plastic, and on that plastic is a thin layer of plastic which with UV rays, rain and other crap tinges then a horrid yellow cloudy colour, To fix this goto halfords or ebay and get something like this

it has ultra fine sandpaper which will remove the crusty outer layer of crap from the headlamp, and the finer and finer paper is used to buff out the small scratches till the last pad you use is just a buffer with some white fluid similar to t-cut, or if you already have it, a mop and a decent cutting compound.
Stalk might just need lubrication,
