Elusive Information about 1989 Daihatsu Mira L80

Forum:

Hiya, New to the forums, and to the Daihatsu range of cars, found on on my local equiv of Ebay(Trademe here in NZ), and instantly thought to myself wow thats got to use alot less petrol than the base model subaru I'm currently using and brought it, I'm on my way to pick it up tomorrow, its really really tidy for a 1989(or even if it was a 1999 it would be really tidy, its just that well looked after)

I was wondering if anyone had any info on the 1989 Mira LS 850cc 4 speed manual model

Mainly, how big is the fuel tank, and how fast will it safely travel
what I should watch out for in the wear and tear side of things, do the clutches give out or anything else I should check/look out for

have any of you owned one of these?

everywhere I try to find more info on the Mira, I find 650ccish models, or later models, and the info seems to vary wildly, I assume because of this fact that many different engine sizes were made and because of that many different gearing ratios were on these different models, allowing safe travel and different speeds

just asking anyone whos bored to share some of the experiences they had with these little cars, are they as fun to drive as it looks?

EDIT: I have since found an original Owners manual with all specs required service parts, etc for the 1989 ED-10 Engined Daihatsu Mira's, if anyone wants any info about them send me a message

I have since found out its a

I have since found out its a 1989 Daihatsu Mira L80(edited topic accordingly), can't find a workshop manual anywhere, can only find them for the CB or EJ-DE engines, and the ED10 variants of the Hijet van has a totally different carburetor, which is what I need it for, if anyone has any info would be much appreciated
