I have recently bought a 1991 fourtrak

The later models have wider wheel arch extensions and the wheels seem to be further away from the body making the vehicle look wider?

Is it possible to convert my 1991 to look like this? and do the arches and possibly bumpers off these later models fit to my vehicle? i assume the wheels can be offset witht he use of spacers?
