faffing with suspension F78 indy

Forum:

right, in the interests of not having any more embarassing "grounding out" antics (and been recovered by a bloomin vitara!) its time for some vertical movement.

local garage (ringroad in elland - west yorkshire) who normally lower cars have foolishly agreed to adjust the torsion bar on jeffry for the sum of £40! so all i need to know is how much they need to adjust it by..

sure i`ve read 2" (2 notches on t/b??) keeps suspension geometry acceptable? is this correct or should i go for 1"?

the rear is a bit tricky, gunna settle for some towing spacers to pack the springs untill i can find somewhere that makes them. (in west yorkshire - UK) any help on either issues and owt else i`m likely to need is as always much apprechiated! Wink
