Hi, got a really small oil leak which is dripping from between the back / bottom of the engine block and the gearbox, its a really small leak (ie not err persisting out)...
...I've seen previous posts about leaks from back of the rocker cover...could this be causing it?, is there a seal in the back of the block or the front of the gearbox that may be causing this?
Any advise appreciated
Thanks

The rocker cover leak at the rear is a Sportrak/F300 speciality - worth a look on your fourtrak though.

It could be the sump gasket.
It could be the sump gasket. Or less likely, the front seal in the gearbox. Are you sure its not from the crankcase ventilation pipe. Thats the pipe that comes down from the side of the motor under the exhaust.

Have you popped the hood and taken a look at the backof the rocker cover?
There is no seal between the gear box and engine as the clutch is dry
Traks do tend to have oil leaks, it could be the sump gasket weeping,Oil Filter all sorts, the only way is to look. I would suggest you steam clear the engine bay best you can, then simply look.
