M Reg Hijet ...Bought it a week ago with new mot... the seller said it might need the tappets seeing to ... drove it home (40 miles) then drove it to lincoln (100 miles round trip) drives fine, everything seems fine... the only thing is the tapping noise... I took the rocker cover off and looked at the tappets and followers etc they look in good condition.... its had a new oil filter and oil the oil pump seems to be working as there is oil on the followers etc so the process of ilimination points to the tappet points are not set correctley ....

can anyone please help does anyone know what the correct settings are
