Has anyone been able to cross reference a 12 Volt rated Glow plug for a 2.8 turbo? I'd like to be able to do away with the extra wiring and timer etc. to use the engine in a Landie.
Can anyone tell me where I can buy (via mail order) a snorkel for a 93 Fourtrak 2.8 TDL?
I've Yahoo-ed, Googled, all to little or no effect, so if anyone out there can help, I'd be grateful for any info.
Just to say I've tried Milner Offroad (not listed), Daihatsu Custom Parts (currently out of stock) but for the most part they dont appear to be listed with accessories or even exhausts.
Has anyone out there converted a Terios to LPG. I have checked with Daihatsu and it doesn't invalidate the warranty but I am interested to know what performance issues there are and the mpg economy aspect.
can you get a rocky badge in the uk.
if not does anyone have one they would sell me, sensible money with postage.
i just like the look of them and have a empty bit on my fourtrak that i think it would suit

I bought a 1993 EFi Sportrak with 98k on the clock a couple of weeks ago, changed the rear springs (one was broken) and think I should change the Cambelt.
Is this simply:-
Empty Rad,
Rad out,
Cover off,
Slacken tensioner,
Remove belt,
Keep marks alined,
New belt on,
Tension belt,
Cover on,
Rad on,
Refill Rad,
Drive for 60k Miles,
Repeat the above...
I've finally managed to source some custom length braided steel brake hoses for 84 - 93 fourtrak, these are 3" longer than standard and are a full set front and rear. I am having 5 sets made up initially as they are fairly expensive and these will be available at £95 per set inclusive of UK postage. They should be available in a week or so and will be going on ebay at that point but if anyone is interested in reserving a set let me know,
