Refurbishment needed as those on our fourtrak have lost a little laquer and have gone a little white looking in places.

Not worth / prepared to have done profesisonally . Can anyone please direct me how to achieve this task. Can the laquer just be stripped with paint stripper , polish the rime with very fine wet and dry used wet and then re laquer - os is it not that simple

Fortrak sump

Hi everyone, im new to the site and the fortrak seen. Could anyone point me in the right direction as to where i can get a sump for my fortrak? i rang the dealers and it was a fortune. I have a 2.8td commercial, 94 plate. Thanks.

Rocky grease point, is there an official info sheet ?

hi all, i just had our Rocky serviced and i dont think they greased the dammed thing anywhere !!!!.

I wonder is there an official info sheet of where the greasing points are, i know for sure there is THREE on the rear prop shaft alone !, but how mamy more are there ?.

F50 / F20 Body panels

Hello folks,
just listed my stock of new F50/F20 body panels on ebay. All new, genuine Daihatsu, & un-used. Must be of some interest to some of you out there. Just sold my F50 so no use to me anymore! All been dry stored in the loft so in good condition. Don't know how easy it is to get these now, would've thought rare as..... could be wrong I suppose!

Wanna be Fourtrack (Rocky) owner. What to look for!

Hi everyone I'm new to this great site. I would love to buy a Rocky (we're in New Zealand) but need to know what to look for. The one I like the look of has fulltime 4wd drive on the side of it in the picture,(haven't seen it for real yet). It is a 1991 1600cc manual 4x4. We want to use it for towing a trailer with a couple of motorbikes on it and just to cruise up the beach fishing. Would this suit our needs OK? Any hints, tips or general info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
