Your Cam pulley timing mark is exactly at 15mins past.
There should be a drilled dot on the outer rim of the vernier, just where the teeth start. There is a vee pointer on the rim of the cam casing.
The bottom sprocket also has a drilled dot, the vee mark on the casing is around the 20-22mins past.

My '93 Applause recently developed a fault with the drivers electric window. When the button is pressed, all I get is a nasty grinding sound with a few mm of window travel. It looks like the cog has slipped so it's all out of sync. Any idea's on how to set it all up again? Many thanks.

I own an S reg Daihatsu Cuore and have noticed liquid in the air filter compartment. The liquid is not on the air filter itself but is sitting in the air filter compartment. It's definately oil. Why could this be happening. The car has done 110,900 miles so it may be down to engine wear.

Any feedback greatly appreciated.

hi i have a silver yrv 2001 base pack 1300cc i had an accident with a deer 2 months ago and it wrecked my bumper dented my bonnet and snaped a bracket on my front light passenger side thanks to ebay i have a new light and a bumper but i need wheel arch cover trim whatever its called and a bumper support (fits inside the bumper)passenger side and the black grills in the bumper are a bit worse for wear would like to replace with fog lights if possible?can anyone help please ps bambi RIP

I have been having some problems with my G201 power steering lately. I think the problem is down to the power steering belt which is very slack and therefore is slipping badly (also gives a loud screeching sound). Can anyone tell me how to tighten the belt?
