I wanted to ask if the transmission from the 61 kW Terios could be fitted to the 63kW Terios models?
Or at least if the input shaft bearings could be used? 4WD models, manual.

Both mounts snapped over a year ago, I fabricated new ones but now the drivers side is splitting again. Where can I source them as they are a pig to make and I can't be bothered to do it again

Hi all,have just put a YRV k3-vet engine into a sirion shell,and had the key reprogrammed.The engine will crank over but not get fuel.I have wired the fuel pump up to a battery,it will fire and run you can also hear the pump operating.Is this a key thing or a missing wire?Do sirion fuel pumps prime first or do they run constantly?Any help would be appreciated as its the only thing stopping this project........

Who needs friends like mine!! One of them plugged in their mobile phone charger into my accessory socket (cigarette) and the charger stopped working and the radio went quiet. When I got to work I also found the electric door mirrors were not working either. Well I thought we have blown a fuse. Having just come out from under the bonnet and the fuse box on the top of the engine every fuse has been checked visually and with a test meter and all appear ok I am now stuck. Has anybody got any ideas or are there any fuses elsewhere as they are not clearly labelled in the box.

Any trick to this? I've removed the bolt, but the sprocket wont come off with gentle tapping, and I dont want to hit it too hard.

Perhaps you have to use a gear puller? I've got (or at least had) one somewhere, though I'm not sure where.

I managed to wiggle the sprocket out of the chain and get the pump off that way, so perhaps I don't actually need to remove it.
