I have a 2000 Sirion F-Speed which has run faultless for the past six years when I purchased it. Occasionally the engine light came on and after having the car checked on diagnostics it came back with two fault codes for the pre-cat oxygen sensor.

I have just bought my YRV as my first car (thanks to my Dads help!), however it only came with 1 key (black handle end), as I'm a bit careless with keys I want a spare ASAP, I can get one and get it cut quite cheap, but what's the most cost effective way of getting it matched to the cars security system please? Is there a 'DIY' matching process (which we have for my Mums Mazda) or do I have to either get the 'chip' matched or pay a delear with one (or more) of my limbs?

The engine is: M100A GPGE EJ-VE, it has the 4 speed automatic transmission.

I'm fitting an LPG kit to my YRV 4Trak, and need to connect into the cooling system (in parallel), I'm aiming to tap into the heater pipes with T pieces, but can anyone tell me the internal diameter of these pipes. To be honest I'd just measure mine but its currently buried in a 5ft snow drift.

Having just spent an hour trying to get the larger bottom pin out of my Sirion Caliper. I found it was bent! Does anyone know where to get hold of new Caliper pins? Looks like the last time anyone changed them they had not heard of copper grease! Does the firm tht refurbs the calipers sell the pins separately?
