Advice on possible suspension mods

Greetings and salutations to all. I am now the proud owner of a K Reg Sportrak and love it, one problem, the suspension is a little on the hard side for me as I am disabled. Does anyone know if you can make the suspension softer?

Making the suspension softer will alter the handling characteristics of the vehicle, particularly cornering and braking.

Replacing the suspension bushes will soften the ride, most people fit uprated polyurethane bushes, but these are available in a range of hardnesses from reputable suppliers, including softer ones.

Uprated springs are also available, these can be harder or softer than the originals, although it may be necessary to order these specially, progressive rate springs may be a better option.

If the rear springs are

If the rear springs are multi leaf (some are mono leaf) then greasing between the leaves will make the rear end action a little smoother.
