Have changed my fortrak engine. Both engines are efi. The distributor loom leads didint fit the distributor on the replacement engine so I put the one off my vehicle on but there are no connections for the vac advance and retard. Engine hunts and ticks over very fast. Can I block off the vac tube to disable the advance and retard or do I have to change the manifolds etc.to get it to run okay?
