Hijet Oil
I would suggest a good quality 15/40 semi-sythetic or mineral oil dependant on the age of the vehicle and the mileage. Synthetics are too thin for older engines and high mileage vehicles plus a lot of older engines were not built to use the sythetic oils.

HI JET OIL
Many thanks for info about the oil..the van is a p reg and has done about 65000 miles..and is only used at weekends still ok to use a synthetic oil?
