hello i have a 1986 daihatsu rocky 2.8 with leaf springs all around and to be honest its really jumpy and its not that flexible either on and off road. I want for my suspension to absorb more of the road ups and down so my question is and please correct me if am wrong.

Can i just leave 4 leaf springs per axle and instead of shocks can i use either rancho rs5000 adjustable shocks or coilover shocks.

or can i just replace totally with coil over shocks absorbers and add control arms to the axle.
