Our scabby little Hijet just passed its MOT
The tester was very amused by the Kawasaki exhaust, his trainee mechanic wasn't though,(he had to hold the exhaust probe in with a cloth, as it wouldn't clamp on the end can.) The van overheated while they were testing the emmisions, even with the cooling fan on,(just like last year.)
Almost failed on the rear brakes, but the tester got the office lady & 2 mechanics to sit on the back end & compress the load sensor. It was just over the minimum requirement, so I think a strip down of the rear brakes is in order soon.
I'm pleased my motorbike exhaust wasn't a problem as I have a stainless steel KTM end can to fit at some point.
I can concentrate on getting the scabby bodywork sorted over summer now.:)
why the heck do you have a
