.DOES ANYBODY KNOW WH THERE ARE 2 FIGURES FOR TORQUE? 
.IS THIS FOR NEW OR USED BOLTS?.I HOPE I CAN DEPEND ON SOME DEVINE INSPIRATION.

What size bolts?
In the manual I have for the Rocky, (which I believe is called the Sportrak in the UK), it specifies head bolt torque as 65 ft/lbs for the 14mm bolts and 14 ft/lbs for the 12mm bolts. It also specifies tightening in three stages to reach these settings. Are these the figures you have, and do you have these size bolts?
