Has anyone changed the ignition barrel on a Sportrak. The dealer said there should be a hole in the cowling where you push a pin in that releases the barrel when you turn the key to a certain position. There is no hole and I can't finish the job. Please help... Many thanks..midnightman
Barreling
In the shroud surrounding the ignition barrel is a small slot located underneath, put the key into the right position and push a thin object like a small flat ended nail into the slot, this will release the pin.

the switch needs to be in acc position for the pin to release
