Car will not "ignite" when ignition key is turned to start but all dashboard lights come on and all accessories work (windows, fan, etc). All relevant relays "click in" and there are no broken fuses. Had spare key re-coded from existing "grey" key by local reputable locksmith and it started a few times but is now giving same problem. I don't have a "black master key". Any ideas please
