Sportrak

Forum:

im looking at lifting my sportrak by 2", looks an easy enough job, i know i have to change the rear shackles and the front shocks but do i also need to change the rear shocks and also the front torsion bars, if so i wont bother an i just sell it as replacing every thing will get a bit expensive.
any advice would be very much appreciated
cheers

Lift the body by 2 inches

Lift the body by 2 inches instead would be my advise. Same ground clerence(ability to fit bigger tyres), but more stable as not moving chassis, engine and gearbox waight up in the air so much. Down side: Might have to make longer break pipes, re-mount radiator, lengthen transfure lever, fuel pipe and wiering.
