front propshaft urgent help required!

I would like to wish al members a happy Christmas and a prosperous New Year!
I need advice regarding my frontprop shaft U/J's.
One of them has totally worn out and needs to
be replaced. Can I take the propshaft out to keep me motoring, or is this the worst idea ever? Any comments are appreciated.

Hi.

It is okay to drive without the front prop installed, just do not try to 4lo throught the rear axle only, in arduous conditions. Under normal circumstances, you would be in 2Hi only, no drive to the front prop/axle.
