Hi,
I have no 4wd in my 91 F70 with auto hubs. The light on dash is staying on but no 4wd. Is it more likely to be the front hubs or the transfer box. Any suggestions how to work out the problem? Are the manual hubs any better? is it an easy conversion?

Also try 'FWH' or 'auto hub' in the site serch feture, as this subject has come up quite a few times befor.
As for seeing which end is your problem, select 4x4 on the transfur lever (4L). Then get under the car and try to turn the front prop by hand. It should only be able to move a small amount in either direction if the transfur is working.
