There are much more agresive

There are much more agresive tyres around than that which are road legal. Bronco Dimondback / Grizzly Claw for examples. Q rated (99 miles an hour max).

Any veiws expresed in this thread by me are purely from my own experience, and (sometimes) falible memory. Hope my comments help, but please don't take them as gospel.

The only illegal one i can think of

It is/was a tyre called the bartrak, which basically looked like a scrambler tread, its got a line of big square chunks, but any other mud or extreme tyre are legal with speed limit setbacks.

Full of ideas but no time to do them!!

All Cooper Discoverer ST, and

All Cooper Discoverer ST, and STT are road legal, they meet all the requirements for UK and European legislation as well as America, Canada, and most other countries.

I would remove them from the Suzuki rims and fit them to Daihatsu rims as the Suzuki rims are not strong enough for Daihatsu.
