I fit the sunroof behind the rear seats, as you say, but in from of the roll bar. It can rattle around tho, so its best if u can throw a blanket over it or tie it in place somehow, but it fits in dead easy.
Or, if your not using the rear seats then the easiest way is to fold them (or just fold the backrests down) and place the sun roof the 'right way' up, sitting each side on the wheel arches. I find that the best fit, but you obviously loose the back seats.
The problem i have, is where can you store the rear window glass?!!

Ooh thats where it goes
I was wondering where abouts in tbe back it went. As I knew it went somewhere around there but couldn't work it out and it didn't even look like it'd fit inside my Sportrak like that, so I have been resting it on the backseats with it going down into the footwell resting on the coat i keep in my car so it don't get scratched. Atleast I now know it fits in better somewhere
