hard ride

my sporty has always been a hard ride but just recently it seems to have got even harder. The shockers are good so unlikely to be that I wonder if it is possible that there could be something that can seize on the front suspension.I cant see anything that might but I thought that some one may have some ideas.

Any of the pivotal points can seize, partially seize, or have something lodged to restrict its movement.

have you checked or altered tyre pressures?
(Could just be our roads are even more rubbish than normal!)
