Try the obvious first, clean them with a hosepipe to remove any dirt which may have accumulated.

If this does not work then remove the wheel and check for any stones or other debris lodged inside, check the discs for warping, and the pads for binding.

Check the anti squeel shims are fitted, many do not fit them when replacing pads.
