Only want an extra inch more height and want to do this with shackles .Has any one any advise before I start.

i achieved an extra inch lift on my rocky using militay land rover shackles and the long land rover shackle bolts they are cheap and easy to obtain you will have to use spacers on these as they do not taper like the daihatsu ones

i changed my shackles for military land rover shackles avalible from any land rver stockist for next to no money there the shackles like the old landies have. also avalible from these stockists are the shackle bolts opt for the long ones, you will have to use some form of spacers between the the spring bush and the shackle as the landie ones are straight and the fourtrak ones taper in. they will do the trick , the hardest part is getting the old shackle out of the spring eye,
