Is the F70 Bonnet/Wing/Door The same as Independent?

Hello. I am trying to get a snorkel made, but the fabricator has only made them for an Independent F78 N-reg. I would like to know if the front end is the same shape as mine, so the N/S wing, door, Bonnet and windscreen sweep angle and the angle between the wing/bonnet and windscreen. If it is he can just make another snorkel in his jigs, if there are a different shape then of course he can't..

just to give an idea of putting one together that's all, there easy to make with 68mm guttering.

All the same, except the flared wheel arches.

Any veiws expresed in this thread by me are purely from my own experience, and (sometimes) falible memory. Hope my comments help, but please don't take them as gospel.

the snorkel should fit fine, as Nev say's the only difference is the shape of the actual wheel arch flare, bonnet windscreen and wing fitting are the same.
