Change my Automatic transmission and put is a Gearbox from a 95-98 Cuore I Want to know if there is a difference between the ECU for the Automatic Transmission and the gearbox?

Also if anyone knows where i may obtain a copy of the workshop manual for this car. 1998 Diahatsu Move L601 850cc
