The Daihatsu spares number for the V-ribbed belt is
90048-31052-000
In case you can source the belt cheaper elsewhere there are some other markings on the belt itself

Thats the layout of the J102 Series Engine 1.0Ltr.
If this is in reply to Ian then his YRV is a 1.3.
Still good info Tony, can see why the 1.0Ltr model takes the 1755 and not the 1705 on the 1.3Ltr .
Ive popped a pic of the M101/M201 1.3 belt layout in the Technical Images.....am sure this thread will find its way there soon

Belt layout
My pic was in response to Ian and of course you're right Dave. It was the only belt layout that I could find in my crummy CD manual (from Daihatsu Technical not from this website) at that moment. I noticed it said J102, but I wouldn't know a J from an M if it fell on me! However, now having found the right belt layout, it's actually the same routing.
Before I started writing this I couldn't find your pic in 'Technical'.
At least the details on the belt are correct as I have a spare in the boot, along with a RHD clutch cable in case it fails on the continent.
