1997 HiJet S85 CB42 993cc

Hi all, car been stood awhile & now won't start. Very occasionly it seems to fire then dies. Checked spark which looked weak so changed dizzy cap, rotor, leads & coil - now spark looks stronger but still no start.

I'm not sure if fuel pump is working (how can you tell?) so been looking for pump relay & cannot find it, unless it's the one above and to the right of fusebox.

Can someone tell /explain to me where it is please , whether it has its own fuse & how to test it. Thanks in advance.
