Hi I've seen one on another Fourtrak as it went past - I'd like a proper Roof Tray for the Indy - LWB. Anyone know where I can get one or where one is going second hand? Has to be a proper tray, not a roof rack, they look so much better and will be very useful for carrying spares!

Daihatsu never marketed roof
Daihatsu never marketed roof trays for the Fourtrak or Sportrak, they only manufactured roof racks which are now scarce. Roof trays came from a variety of manufacturers, mainly foreign companies, although some were imported, and are scarce.
Most were bespoke manufactured items, so this would be the best route to go down, particularly as most were for specialist applications. Most were steel tubular frames with aluminium panelling or inserts.
There are some current manufacturers who do a range of standard adjustable components, so you could assemble your own.

there was one on there the other day, they pop up now and again, or just buy sone small box section metal and cut n weld then paint
