Lifted springs on back no problem but if I lift front on torsion bars will it throw out tracking and steering

did 2 inch lift on sporty
did 2 inch lift on sporty then adjusted torsions at front to match, no bother at all, no other adjustments.

so did I but after about a year I noticed uneven wear on the tyres - the outer diameter was larger than the inner, i.e. they were leaning in at the top. So I removed some of the shims behind the top wishbones, and it feels much better

It will alter the camber and
It will alter the camber and the track of the vehicle as you are basically winding it in a circle.
The track will be reduced, and the camber will mean the bottom of the wheels will be pointing in more than the tops of the wheels.
