When I got the van the ignition barrel was working but hanging down, so I've taken the cowl off the steering wheel, etc.. and put it back in place but can't find anything to attach it to, to keep it there, there is a small hole and screw on the barrel but nothing to screw it to in order to keep it in place..

Any ideas?
