The front brake caliper top bolt/ slider pin snapped on my rally 2 yesterday.
I hope I can ring daihatsu on monday and get a replacement easily??

Seeing as the caliper was off I went to my shed which is full of Lancia delta parts as I also own 2 of these.
Couldnt belive it but a lancia delta hf turbo caliper fits the strut, lines up with the sirion disc and has plenty of wheel clearence.
I haven't got any pads to try so im not 100% the the sirion disc wont be a bit smaller thus the pads will overlap the edge but it looks good.
The delta HF turbo runs a 14 rim I suspect its the same disc diameter but with different pcd im sure this info can be sourced on the net i had no discs to hand to check.
The strut to caliper bolts are approx M10 rather than the sirions M12? so some bushes might also be needed to tidy it up along with the brake line ends being the straight in type rather than the sirion banjo style fitting.

The point is this should mean that fiat coupe 20V brembo calipers and some other 90s fiat calipers should fit so you can go to bigger disc diameter.

Anyway useless information this may be but if anyone is bored or daft enough they may want to look at this a bit more. If I get some free time!! which is unlikley for a while I will try to go further with this.
