Headlights Main & Dipped and Hazard lights not working

Forum: 

Hi,my main beam and dipped have stopped working; sidelights rear lights all OK. Checked fuse box and all look OK.

Also noticed that Hazard lights are not working although indicators work OK.

Any suggestions? Thanks Tom J
